AN INTRODUCTION TO SHIKHA LABS
Shikha Labs is an AI based educational technology company that is uniquely founded within the
ecosystem of an educational research organization called the Shikha Institute and its partner high
performance K-12 experimental school called the Shikha Academy in Mumbai, India.
The Shikha Institute works to systemically elevate schools through research and development
covering all aspects of instructional design. Shikha Academy follows the international Cambridge
board and exclusively serves low income students in Mumbai. The three organizations are co-located
and work deeply together to create a constant, positive spiral of educational innovation.
